Riley born at SCUH 13 Feb 2020

Hey Carrie,

I just wanted to let you know our beautiful baby boy arrived on Thursday evening .... such an incredible all natural water birth!

Started to feel light surges around 6:30 pm (thought that they were practice surges) they became a lot stronger & I breathed my way though them with the support of Brendan  

We arrived at the hospital around 10 pm, after a quick examination was told that I was fully dilated!!! Hopped into the bath & with all the techniques we had learnt we welcomed little Riley into the world at 11:40 pm  

We both want to thank you sooo much for your beautiful teachings and knowledge you have shared with us though Hypnobirthing & Yoga!
