Everything went well - all is healthy! 

Carrie - your guidance, your positivity helped James and I yesterday deliver our beautiful girl.  

James remained calm which helped bring me back to focus and to what we wanted out of the perfect labour - and we did it.  
I can't thank you enough for educating James and I,  and providing such a calm and beautiful place to connect with our baby at yoga! 

It was quick,  the plug came out at 3, waters broke at 4, got to the hospital at 5:17 and had Maddi at 5:20.  

No stitches and I feel good and Maddi didn't cry until 10 pm.  

Thank you so much what you have done for us could not be replicated 🥰
