Hi Carrie!
Hope you’re well. Thought I better check in and let you know we had our healthy and beautiful baby girl, Nullah Roo on the 21st May at SCUH, weighing 7 pounds 10. We had a blissful 15 hours labour at home, and when we checked in at hospital I was feeling really good and wondering if I was still in very early labour only to be told i was 8 cm dilated. Our cheeky girl was trying to be born face first, and after many hours of trying to birth vaginally, we eventually went in for a caesarean. The hypnobirth course was so valuable in enabling us to make our own decisions, feel in control, and accept changes in direction from our “birth preferences”. Paul was such a fantastic support, knew exactly what to do and say, and really took charge in liasing with the doctors and midwives. So happy and feeling super positive about our birth story and so grateful for all we learnt from you Carrie!!! Cannot recommend your course highly enough, and have been spreading the word to all of our friends and family. Alana Xxx |
