These classes give you the chance to connect with other mums, have space to reflect on your journey, your changing body, breastfeeding challenges and to share whatever else may surface in a safe and friendly environment. There will be plenty of chance to stop and play with your baby, or feed/change when required. Suitable for women 6-8 weeks post birth, please check with your care provider first. JOYMAMMA is a safe and nurturing place to connect and share with others. Class numbers are limited and priority is given to previous JOYMAMMA students. |
