birth story listening & postnatal yoga
Ideal to come to when you feel your strength and confidence returning 6-8 weeks after having your baby.
After having a baby, yoga can help replenish and restore energy levels and give you some well deserved time and space to work on yourself physically, mentally and emotionally."
These nurturing sessions include gentle yoga, meditation and breath work. Yoga breathing techniques can help a new mother find focus and energy amidst all the emotions that come with motherhood. You will learn techniques specifically targeting to the challenges new mums face, covering everything from making the most of limited sleep, enhancing bonding, developing maternal instincts, finding focus and mindfulness along with the myriad of feelings that come with being a new mum.
