Hi Carrie

​Just a quick email to let you know we welcomed our beautiful baby girl, Remi Maria Grace Bartho to the world last Friday at 5:42am (weighing 3.2 kg). Remi is just perfect and doing great. 

Dan and I are truly grateful for the guidance, education and tools we learnt from Joymamma’s Hypnobirthing course. We had no interventions or inductions, early labour at home and a natural water birth with no pain relief.

​I reflect back and know I was in the ‘zone’ and also believe that the preparation we did during pregnancy has contributed to our baby being calmer, happier and healthier than we could have hoped for. We’re just in awe of her! 

This experience showed us that we can support each other through anything. We look forward to raising our beautiful little girl and enjoying every moment with her.

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience during our pregnancy and birth journey.
