Just wanted to say a huge thank you Carrie for the yoga and labour prep. It certainly helped with the quick arrival of our little guy on 3rd September.
He arrived 13 days early! I awoke with a fever, exhaustion, severe back pain and slight bleeding, unable to shake this we went to hospital for a checkup. It turns out my waters had been leaking and I had an infection. I was medically induced, resulting in a very quick 3 hour labour, with no pain relief! To be honest I was concentrating so much on getting in the zone and breathing that it did not cross my mind! A little suction was needed in the end with overwhelming joy of bubs first cry's. Thanks again Carrie, I couldn't have done it without your incredible teachings. Ally |
