Hi Carrie,
I hope you are enjoying some special holiday moments with your family. Our gorgeous girl Eve Josephine arrived on Saturday, four days ahead of schedule. Thanks to all our hypnobirthing knowledge it was the perfect birth...the rainbow relaxation was on repeat during the hours that I laboured at home and Matt was very attentive with giving massages and protecting the birth environment at the hospital. I breathed Eve out in water at 21:21 pm and didn't suffer any tearing or trauma. Thank you so much for all your support and education, it could have been a very different experience without your help. Wishing your family a very happy and safe Christmas Shannon, Matt and Eve xox |
