"Mabel literally swam into the world in the most incredible calm and loving hypnobirth experience. All natural, in the tub with nothing but loving support from Bernie. I can't believe we did it! I completely surrendered to body and baby. We think I was actually fully dilated for a while but just took my time with breathing bub down. She came out so calm that I had to blow on her face to get her attention. Please know how thankful and grateful we are for your positive guidance." Amy
"We are so so grateful to have had a very positive birthing experience, even with a few complications towards the end and a longer recovery for me, we look back on the birth as a very special and calm experience. Thank you Carrie for sharing your wisdom! The Rainbow Relaxation and calm breathing was pivotal for me, as well as of course all the breathing techniques and labouring position ideas. Mainly though, after finishing the course with you Carrie, we felt confident in our knowledge of birth and what to expect - I think that made the most difference." Peta & Dan
"We wanted to thank you so much for all your help that went into preparing all 3 of us for a truly beautiful labour and birth. We were able to make calm, informed choices throughout the pregnancy and birth thanks to the classes. I loved the confidence and empowerment I felt the entire time. There was no fear behind it and I honestly enjoyed the entire birth and I love to tell everyone that! "Marlee
"We learnt EVERYTHING you would ever need to know about what to expect, strategies for both Mum and partner to get through the birth itself – like how to develop a birth plan, and knowing your rights and what to ask for and refuse in the public or private hospital system. We were taught the mechanics of birth – the anatomy and each stage and why things happen the way they do, and what to do at every stage. More importantly we learnt techniques, from breathing, meditation, creating the right sensory environment, to state of mind training and for partners, many ways to keep your partner in ‘the zone’ throughout the entire birth." Andy
"Carrie is a wonderful and nurturing teacher. I wanted to learn how to help my amazing wife get through her first birth without fear or pain and she achieved both. If you want to be educated and give your partner the absolute best possible preparation before birthing, and learn how to actively be involved and be an integral part of welcoming your new son or daughter into the world – sign up!!" Andy
"Upon my first Yoga class I felt incredible. I felt so uplifted, invigorated and overall amazing. After HypnoBirthing we also felt so much more closer as a couple. I loved the positivity that surrounded it. I love that it not only armed me with information for my birth, but life in general. I know that I need to slow down sometimes and just BREATHE." Chloe
"The heart is a wonderful thing because I have come to learn that just when you think you couldn’t love someone anymore that you already do, watching Bree give birth to our child took my love for her to a whole new level. The classes opened my mind to a different side of the birthing world that I didn’t think was possible. I loved all of the techniques we learnt together, how to breathe correctly and stay relaxed and calm. The fear releasing session and the deep meditation parts I loved the most, and was simply amazed by it all. I was never interested in classes at school but the way Carrie taught I was fixated every week." Jack
"I would like to credit Carrie for the work in which she does and the support in which she gives. Paul and I are so grateful to have met her and would highly recommend anyone who is pregnant or planning on having a baby to see her. Each class Paul would come home and ask more questions and want to know more which for me was great as I think it prepared him to be a wonderful support partner." Sarah
