Join me for 75 min sessions of gentle, feminine movements and guided mindfulness practice to replenish energy, ease body tension and release stress. You will learn meditation and breathing techniques that can be done at any time, in any place to calm anxiety and stay grounded. These classes offer a gentle and feminine approach to yoga that include an energetic mix of cardio, strength and stretching - the perfect physical and mental balance needed for the stress and busyness of parenting.
Yoga happens on the inside. It doesn’t matter if you’re stiff or flexible, strong or weak, young or old; we all have the same ability to grow and benefit from this ancient practice. These classes finish in a soothing relaxation to nourish and reconnect the mind, body and soul.
Suitable for women 4 months or more post birth.
How do online classes work?
Zoomis video conferencing software that is free for you to use, and is very user friendly. I will set up the meeting and invite you to join. You will be able to stay at home to attend and still be able to ask questions and interact with me and your classmates.
The class is best done using a laptop, although a tablet or phone will be OK. The bigger your screen is, the better I am able to see you. You will be able to 'mute' yourself so no background noise reaches anyone else .... therefore having baby by your side (or toddlers playing) will be perfectly OK. You have the recording of the class for a week so if you get distracted with kids around, you can replay in your own time.
Using cushions and pillows from around your home, at the end of each session, you will spend time in relaxation and I will guide you through a meditation practice.
