Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training - Pay in Full
Joymamma’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is an 85-hour mentor-led pathway designed to support yoga teachers to guide pregnancy and postnatal yoga with confidence, care and professional responsibility.
This full payment provides complete enrolment in the training, including:
- immediate access to the Joymamma online learning platform
- supported lesson-by-lesson access across Modules 1–4 (12 lessons total)
- downloadable posture resources, teaching materials and video demonstrations provided throughout the course
- guided teaching practice prompts and written module assignments
- 13 hours of live mentored teaching practicum (Yoga Alliance contact hours)
- entry into the Joymamma Graduate Mentorship Pathway
Lessons are released progressively, with each new lesson opening once your assignment has been reviewed.
Live Mentored Teaching Practicum (13 Hours)
The live practicum component is offered through Seasonal Mentoring Intensives held three times per year:
February • June • October
These sessions are supportive teaching circles where trainees practise cueing, modifications and prenatal teaching skills with real-time observation and feedback.
The live requirement includes:
- 12 hours of Mentored Teaching Practicum
- + 1 hour Integration & Closing Circle
Trainees may book into the live intensives once they have completed:

This ensures you enter the practicum space grounded, prepared and supported.

Materials
All training materials are provided digitally.
Optional printed manuals may be purchased separately and are posted in scheduled batches.
Confirmation
