Using Zoom software is very easy to set up and use. You will be able to ask questions and interact and I will be available for email support in between sessions and right up until birth. As we will be doing lots of relaxation during the course, please attend each session from a quiet, comfortable space and wear comfortable clothing for each class. As well as lots of learning, we will be going into deep relaxation and visualisation, which is like meditating. It is very easy and safe. If you have any concerns or if you have anything to discuss before the class, please message me to have some time with me before the group session begins.
Details of the first Zoom session will be emailed to you, all you will need to do is just click the link I'll be sending you. Using a computer will mean you're better able to view everyone and have access to more features. If you're on a mobile device, you'll have to download the software from the App store of your choice.
