Attending this workshop alone will set you up with hands on skills to use during labour and birth - and is a pre-requisite should you wish to complete the full HypnoBirthing program with Carrie Jeff at Joymamma.

If you want to explore HypnoBirthing tools and techniques further, the cost to complete the whole program is an additional $345 (payment due by 11 Jan 2025). These sessions will be held online via Zoom for you to attend from the comfort of your own home. These group sessions will run from 6.00 - 8.30 pm on:

Those joining the full program are also offered a private 1:1 online session should you feel you need more personal support or to revisit any of the techniques.
