I understand that I have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete this training. I must complete and pass all homework assignments and practical assessments given during the training. A minimum 85% pass mark is required on each assignment. Fees include all tuition and all training manuals available to download in pdf format. I understand that Completion of Level 1 is a pre-requisite to joining Level 2. NO refund, transfer or credit available. Should I be unable to attend or continue the training for medical reasons, I will advise Joymamma in writing (via email to [email protected]) with an accompanying doctors certificate. At the discretion of Joymamma any remaining uncompleted lessons may be transferred to future dates. Joymamma reserves the right to remove online courses in the event of illness or urgent matters. A full refund for the teacher training will be given in the event of the course cancellation by Joymamma.
