Live Calls
All live Training Assessment & Mentoring Calls take place during a designated Monthly Mentoring Week, scheduled in the final week of each month.

Exact dates are provided to enrolled students in advance.

What Graduates Say

Even though I had done prenatal yoga training before and I had a good basic understanding, I still felt like there were gaps in my knowledge. I'm incredibly grateful for your guidance and support. My passion for teaching pregnant women has been reignited and I now feel so much more confident to teach.
Bec — Yoga Teacher

Joymamma's Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training was incredible. I am as bold to say it is the best YTT I have done. Since the training I feel completely confident and assured to teach pregnancy yoga and to modify poses in order to best suit pregnant students.
Carly — Yoga Teacher & Birth Worker

Your course was so well rounded and educational, with something for everyone including for professional development for birth workers. I had no prior yoga teaching experience - I’m now teaching active birth classes at work which I never would have had the confidence to before.
Bec — Midwife

Whilst I knew I had confidence with anatomy etc it was daunting to not have the yoga teacher training behind me. Thank you for creating such a safe sacred space to learn.
Eloise — Midwife & HypnoBirthing Educator

About Your Trainer

Picture
Carrie Jeff began training Prenatal Yoga Teachers in 2018 in collaboration with the International Yoga Teachers Association. Founded in 2012, Joymamma is a Registered Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS) with Yoga Alliance.

Carrie has had the privilege of supporting thousands of women on their journey to motherhood and witnessing some of the most transformative moments of their lives - attending births and sharing in those incredible experiences.

When Carrie first began teaching, she juggled classes around her own children’s busy schedules. With her husband often away for work, creating her own timetable wasn’t just convenient - it offered the freedom to build a fulfilling, part-time career while remaining present for her family.

Over the years, Carrie has seen first-hand how vital yoga can be during pregnancy - supporting women’s bodies, calming their minds and preparing them for birth. As a birth doula, she has watched countless women draw on what they learned on the mat to move through labour with strength, resilience and trust in themselves.

Now, Carrie brings everything she has learned - from thousands of classes taught, countless births attended and the women who have shaped her work - into this in-depth Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
