Poses strengthen and tone the uterus, stimulate ovaries and regulate menstrual flow. Poses also help to reduce stress and anxiety and restore physical and emotional balance.
Yoga can help a woman feel grounded and balanced throughout her fertility journey, helping her to stay centred and in control.
There may be times that you feel emotional, yoga helps us to accept and allow these emotions to be present. With practice you begin to release negative emotions that interfere with your fertility. Yoga helps us appreciate our bodies and make peace with emotions and feelings.
When tension is released from the physical body you can increase the amount of oxygen you inhale into your lungs, resulting in more oxygen circulating in your blood stream.
Breathing techniques improve overall circulation, concentration and focus and calm the nervous system, reduce blood pressure and balance the endocrine system.
